L98 Heads Needed

Looking for a fresh set of heads for L98 TPI 1988, possibly will consider set of aluminums if price is right, as long as they will bolt up correctly. Thanks Richard

I've got a pair of "083" casting heads, that I snagged from
another board member a while back, for $150 shipped.
I haven't serviced, or mounted them. They look to be ok,
and I was assured there's no structural problems, but I
haven't yet gotten to the machine shop. I'm not sure
they'll be what I want. If you're interested, PM me.
I'll do more info, pics, etc, and negotiate the price.

Tell me about the 083 heads, what are they off of? Are they better than the stock L98 heads? Richard
