Forget trying to find one. It's not happening. I adopted the Corvette solenoid. Extended the wiring harness, and built new vacuum lines. Looks OEM and works fine.

 

Is there a write up for this conversion? With part #'s to buy etc?

 

Buy the C4 EGR solenoid from any Corvette site. I have 2 wiring connectors on my desk, male & female. I brought too many & was going to send them back. $20 shipped, they are yours. and you need a bunch of vacuum line and vacuum elbows. I have a bunch extra I was going to return to auto zone. $35 shipped, I'll send you everything you need, except the actual solenoid. I spent well over $150 buying all sorts of vacuum lines, wiring correctors, etc, etc.

$35 shipped, you have a great deal, and can start messing with it.

There is another guy on this site that installed an after market solenoid, but I preferred to make the L98 Corvette solenoid work.

I can check tomorrow the boxes of stuff that came with my 1991 GTA parts car and see if I have one. The AC, Smog pump and A.I.R. system, and EGR system was removed from this car but guy had a high flow Random cat on it. LoL.

I know some of that stuff was in the boxes of parts I got with it.

 

I stepped on a walnut while mowing the yard and twisted my ankle. I'm staying off my foot until it feels better so I'm not going by my shop today.
