well i blew my 700r4 out and need another one i work 6 days a week and cant travel too far to get it so if you live near the lehigh valley ill gladly take it...at the right price that is thanks

 

i have a tranny out of a 1990 firebird i think its a 700r4 but not 100% sure but i live in maryland near DC so i would be a little drive

 

well i cant go that far she wont let me take the monte carlo that far

 

I've got one in Maryland too, Annapolis. I might be making a run up to York, PA sometime the next two months to pick up a rear end, might be able to meet you then. It's out of a 79000 mile formula. Very positive Park to reverse and neutral to Drive shifts, pretty good gear to gear shifts. I thought it was going south, but it had a maladjusted TV cable, and once I got it right it's pretty good. Needs new fluid and a filter, but you'd be doing that anyway. As long as you're not dropping it behind a 383 and romping on it, should do you just fine. It's the improved '87 version as well, not the earlier version that had problems.

I was looking for around $250 out of it, let me know what you think.
