my82roc, I'm looking for a 1987 350 IROC-Z PROM. Just the prom. I could get it at my near by junkyard for $30, or free if the junkyard guide dont follow me. But I figured that a fellow TGO member could have my funds. So my82roc, how does a range of $30-$40 sound? Im verified through PayPal, which means that you'll get immediate pay.

Hypertech chips are junk on 3rd gens & a waste of money. They just generatically bump up a few tables. What little help they give isn't worth their cost.

 

Personally I loved my Hypertech before it took a dump because it is a "Thermal Master." So these support 160* thermostats which was perfect because here where I live, in the Imperial Valley, the summers average temp is around 110* -120*.

That's about all they are good for. Beyond that when you start making some real power through mods the Hyperjunk chip needs to be replaced with a better custom tune.
