Thanks for the link.
If you look at the T5 7 tooth gear listing says they are out of stock. I've been talking to Trudy there and she's looking for some for me. I buy all my speedometer parts from them for my T56 conversions. The gears have been discontinued from GM.

Don't know if you're still looking, but I have a NIP 7-tooth sitting on the shelf near me here... Package has been opened but the gear is unused because I already had it (dealer just couldn't get me the DRIVEN gear I needed!). It's P/N 14071731, purple.

I know this is an older thread but I'm in need of one as well for my IROC-Z Convt. I'm currently trying to make a mold for a 7 tooth T5 using a 9 tooth T5 and a 7 tooth TH350
Wish me luck.

Well it may be an older thread but I still need the gears. If you do successfully make them let me know.
In working on a solution myself and if it works out I'll have some 7 tooth gears available. I do have a few 9 tooth ones I would part with if someone needs them.

This is where I'm at now

I did get some negatives molded. I will be taking them to an uncle of mine who works in the plastics industry. I'm probably looking at almost 3 grand in startup costs just to make reproduction gears.

What is your target price per gear if you are able to go into production of them?

It really depends on the demand. Used 9 tooth gears sell for $30, so 40 to 50 bucks for new 7 tooth gears doesn't seem too unreasonable. I don't spend my free time working for free
