Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

I believe the ac delco of canada or gm p/n you are looking for is 10055879 tbi and tpi on the cars is the same. Tbi truck uses a different offset.

Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

It's the TBI that has me confused- this is a truck application and I know the TBI is 1/2in shorter. Didn't know the car TBI was different.

Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

with the tbi to tpi conversion in a tbi truck you need to replace the crank pulley with a 88-92 tbi/tpi the water pump will work because of its width. The power steering pulley is the same. You also need to run the accessory brackets from the 88-92 f-body to get the upper radiator hose to clear the serpentine belt.

Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

Been running this for set up years- but lately having serpentine issues with stretch and wearing out too fast. Was looking at the crank pulley and can see some stone dings and roughness- must have hit something. If the car TBI/TPI pulley is the same-I just ordered above part # and hope it's the right one. My dealer wanted $108cdn and PartsTaxi wants $79....Mine measures 3.25in out from the harmonic.

Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

If you look at the amazon application listing looks to be the right number. this same pulley was used in the gm performance parts serpentine kit for sbc. the amazon is the cheapest I could find and free shipping.

Re: WTB TPI Serpentine Crank Pulley

I ordered it- not worth playing with used. It does say Camaro and Firebird, the only thing that bothered me was it didn't specify TPI. Thanks for your help.
