Your gonna need a new custom chip to work with a 6 speed trans. If you need one , I gotcha covered. $50

For a while I was looking for a full swap I gave up and started just buying parts that I wanted .

Look over on ls1tech and camaroz28.com a lot of pplsellon em there.

 

Idk I kind of just am checking out what it will run me. Sucks b/c I just had mine built up last year. But it's part of the addiction I guess

 

I've seeen them as low as 900 as high has 3500 .
In my clutch and flywheel I'm in 1000 already . All the small parts add up.
Also depends on what parts you buy new or used.

 

I wouldn't want to spend more than around 1800 honestly. I had my eyes on a complete set here for sale locally for $1300. I'm kicking myself in the *** for not buying

 

I sold pretty much everything you needed to do the swap for $1200. Should of seen me a month ago. haha.

 

Im parting my car out come spring time and I have the complete T56 swap for sale for $2600. It includes a low mileage trans (45-50K) yes its low, I bought it back in 01 from a 97 TA. comes with bell housing, Spec Stage 3 clutch with just over 6K miles on it. GM slave cylinder was also bought new in 04 and has 6K miles on it. GM and SLP flywheel. Spohn torque arm and trans crossmember with DS loop. New GM clutch bolts in 04. stock shifter with Lou's short stick and a C6 corvette shifter.
The trans shifts perfect and feels new! best mod I ever did to my car. The only thing you will need is a speedo signal box. I will also give you my T5 pedals. it took me 10 years to build my car which is why the mileage is very low on the parts.
