DORMAN 9022009 is supposed to work, but from the photo it has ports for sensors. Pretty sure the TBI water outlets were all solid. Usually just look up a random late 60's or 70's Chevy V8 and it's easy to find a basic SBC waterneck.

Thanks for that Drew, I ordered radiator hoses on rock auto a couple hours ago and didn’t even think about seeing if they had a throttle cable.
I did search around online for waternecks but wasn’t too impressed with the quality. Some looked like cheap castings and others had the Chinese autozone chrome look. The nice quality ones were $80 on summit lol. I’ll keep searching
