I have most of it here, but the Right Hand duct is missing as you can see. I've been working with several salvage yards and watching the usual places. I know it's a pretty sought after piece, but this 84 Z is mostly original and it would be nice to get that back on there.

Seems finding what you want these days isn't as easy as it used to be.

 

Well, I have to report a few things.

1. The ramairbox.com website and business is no longer from what I can tell.
2. If you notice where I live, we had a major disaster and our home was one of the 1000 that burned completely. In regards to the Camaro, it was in storage and survived. Besides our 2 cars, my kids, dog, and 4 suitcases and papers, and the Camaro, that's our only possessions now. I only had the dual air cleaner on the car and the existing duct and intake were in my garage, so they're completely vaporized.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. If I complete restoration of the car I'd like both ducts and intakes. So, any potential line on these items may be nice, and quite frankly as I type I just don't know what to do right now, but talking about this dang camaro is a nice break.

That's a tough one for sure. I've gone through a house fire too although it was not a total loss. The Camaro in the driveway however, which was the source of the fire, was toast.

Cars can be good therapy for sure. Hope you've got good support. On all levels.

So sorry for you and everyone's lost last Thursday. I was in Boulder at 20th and Pearl and watched that smoke plum getting bigger and bigger. My friend I work with lives off Baseline and 95th. It was scary ****. Good luck moving foward.
