Possible Rebirth

My 305 throttle body engine blew up and I can get a 305 TPI. How much work and what do I have to do to put that in. Is It even worth going through all the trouble?

I am getting this engine for next to nothing. I just need to know what extra stuff do I need such as wiring harness' and such.

Well if you pick up the harness, ecm, and all associated sensors and relays, it will be a matter of replacing the harness and putting all that stuff in the car. Not too bad, but more work than just swapping an engine. From what I have seen you should pick up about 10-20hp, and a whole bunch of torque. Might be easier though to just take the block from heads down and swap your manifold on. Your choice.
