Well if you pick up the harness, ecm, and all associated sensors and relays, it will be a matter of replacing the harness and putting all that stuff in the car. Not too bad, but more work than just swapping an engine. From what I have seen you should pick up about 10-20hp, and a whole bunch of torque. Might be easier though to just take the block from heads down and swap your manifold on. Your choice.
