About how much would a good low milage LT-1 system with computer and all wiring cost?

LT1/T56 you're looking at about $2500
On your drivetrain i'd seperate the tpi and just sell it and the T5
TPI - 300-800 depending on how good you make it look.
T5- probably 300-500.
