will this be a problem?
converting from TPI to carb...w/out changing tranny....700r-4....is using carb and no computer going to cause tranny problems at all, or will it be ok leaving it the way it is?

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
The only thing the computer does on a TH700R4 is lock up the torque converter clutch at cruise. Having that function is a good idea, so either rig up a manual switch (see tech articles), or get a kit from Summit or Jegs.
