305 vs 305 HO

I was wonderin what the differnce beteween a 305 and a 305 HO is i know the HO has more power but are the heads dif or what.

Cam, exhaust, tuning different, that's all. Oh, compression in '83 & '84 (flat top vs. dished pistons).

Yeah they are all the 416 casting.

The Quad received different metering rods.
