Desktop dynoed it and it has 580HP and 523lbs TQ. I port matched the intake to heds so I may gain a little. Most guys say that D Dyno is pretty accurate but we'll have to see. I need to get a rearend. Im running a stock limited slip 9 bolt Borg Warner with 3.27 gears. Any suggestions on where to get a 9" bolt in ford rear under 2k? Do you know Mosiers web site?

580hp????
Not to sound like a dick that'd be great if it was making that much but check out the latest issue of Chevy High Performance. They've got theirs to 490 horses and that's w/ a XE282HR cam which has 230/236 @ 0.050 and I (0.544) E (0.555)w/ 1.6 rockers, forged bottom end, TFS 215cc heads (wouldn't have been my choice but still great AL heads), 977 valvesprings and all this with about 190psi of cylinder pressure. And tops it off w/ a RPM Air Gap, and 750 Demon carb.
I woulda went w/ Fastburn heads or possibly AFR's (although I'd probably stick w/ GM designs - better)
I think you'd be doing good if it dyno'd at ~500hp...
Which is still enough for an 11s car

how much did that motor cost you. im planning on biulding a 383 stroker too. whenever you run it at the track, please post the times.
Total cost $6600 not including pulleys, air filter, valve covers and gaskets and wingnuts, or pumps(water, Psteering, alt etc.). Intake and carb included. Also lifetime labor warrantee. I will post times. Im racing next friday but I have a stock Borg warner 9 bolt with 3.27s. This will hurt. Oh here you go by the way. I bought it at Golens engine service in mass. 1-800-591-9171 ask for chad and tell him you got the number from mike with the GTA and 383. Awesome guy and hell give you tons of time over the phone. He has many other 383 packages and will work with your budget.

Gotcha.I'm in RI, so we have similiar emissions standards. I am keeping all the emissions on my car, with exception of EGR valve. If she doesn't pass I may be getting sticker same way as you.
