2.8L 700R-4 Tranny

won't the bellhouseing on the 700R-4 that was stock in the firebird with the 2.8L v-6 bolt right on to a 305?

i might be wrong but i hear they have different bell housings.

You're right, the 2.8 tranny bellhousing won't bolt to a 305.
