Engine: Dart Little-M SBC 400
Transmission: Pro-built Automatics 700R4
Axle/Gears: Strange Engineering 3:73
Overkill Combination
I have been looking thru a few search post and have notice that most recommend a 2000 to 2500 stall for a SBC 406 with Comp Cam XE 268. Im leaning toward getting that cam, however will a 3000 Stall Converter be a overkill with my combination? CR will be about 10:25, Rear end 3:73 gears.

Grind: XE268H, Duration @.050: 230IN / 236 EX, Adv. Duration 268 IN-280 EX,
Valve Lift: 477 IN – 480 EX, LSA110*
Would like to get some excellent torque from 2000-5000.
