Different induction for BBC
Is there anyway possible to still use the Tuned Port intake on a BBC. In other words is there anyone out there that makes an intake manifold that lets you still use the Tuned Port.
I am considering a 396 to drop into my 86 Iroc. I still wanna have it look sorta stock. I know to the trained eye, you can tell the difference in a big block and a Small block, but I really don't want to go with a carb. Everyone has a small block in there thirdgen, I want to be different, so I really don't wanna go with a sbc.
If there is no one that makes that type of intake manifold, what are some of my other options?
And a pic of the project.

Holley commander $2500 mpfi BBC. Or any of Holley's TBI BBCs less than $1000. Edelbrock makes stuff too. Jegs.com and summitracing.com should definately be two site you have book marked.

If you're thinking about using a SBC TPI on a BBC then the answer is no. There are however many BBC TPI systems out there that you can use. Even a Holley TBI 4 BBL can be used.

Do some research. Took me 30 secs to find that.

There's no TPI for big block... EFI maybe, but no TPI... there's no one-barrel carbs for them either, for the same reason (except of course Predator carbs)
Accel makes a Pro Ram, GM has their Ram Jet, etc. Lots of ramming going on these days it seems... hmmmm... I'll have to add that to my list of favorite buzzwords that you can just apply to anything to make it fast, right up there with "timing", EGR", "Vette", Interceptor", "HO", etc. ....

Don't forget about Ram Air. The ultimate mod.
They been ramming for a while. Don't forget the tunnel ram manifolds. Not the mention the Dodge Ram.
I think everyone likes to do a little ramming every now and again.

The Dodge Ram name though has nothing to do with "Ramming" haha. It's just derived from the male version of the North American mammal that lives in rocky terrain. 'Bighorn' or 'Mountain Sheep'.
Now that I've gone wayyy of topic, I'll touch back on the original topic saying that Holley makes a 1000 or 2000cfm MPFI Pro-Jection setup that goes from hp ranges starting at 350 up to 850.
