I have a question about head.. man that is kinda funny..lol

Hey fellas

I am running a 305 4bbl it used to be a tbi. I want a decent set of heads to run with it. I originally wanted the performer heads by edelbrock but they say they wont fit. So I was looking and found one made for the 305 by Worlds Product called the s/r torquer has anyone used this and if so. My only big problem is that i need one with a centerbolt style.. Im sure they are out there.. probably easier than I think. But i cant find it. So if anyone would recommend some different heads I would appreciate it.. and if they have a website that would also help..

Yeah the S/R 305 Torquer head has a centerbolt valve cover version and either 87-95 or pre 86 intake bolt patterns. Sorry I dont know the PN off hand. Maybe try www.worldcastings.com I think thats the site.

Alright,

Now I also looked on summit and found the dart iron eagle heads. I have found more people run those than the worlds product. I am changing over a 350 and would like to know which heads would you go with .. I am planning on around 800 for both. I know im going with a steel head. But would an Iron Eagle work well with a performer intake, comp cam xe262, keith black hyper. pistons, 1.6 ratio rocker arms, edel 600cfm electric choke 4bbl carb, the engine will be bored .030 over. I am an every day driver but would like well over 300hp. On the exhuast i am running the hooker block headers with flowmaster cat back 3' exhuast. The one thing I do not understand at all is the measurements for the heads.. the cc's? Intake/Exhuast numbers what is the difference and what do they mean.. and what should go good with this setup

I think those heads (sr's) are probably on par with the edelcrocks. NJSpeeder has the edelcrocks on his car, its a 305. Sometimes you have to ignore the warnings...
