HELP!!! I swaped a caprice 350 into my RS and now it's bad!

I've swapped a caprice 350 into my car, being told that it's an easy swap to do (and a common one at that). The part number on the caprice is 12513151. I know that I had to change the injectors and the knock sensor for my car, so I have done that. In the process I had problems with the fuel pump, so that too was replaced. Finally I picked up a chip designed for camaro's swapping in a 350 (tbi which is what I have) with the vats disabled. When it's in neutral, it idles perfectly at a little over 1000 rpm. Then you put it into drive, and it drops down to 800 rpm. Still sounds good. Then shortly thereafter, it drops down to below 500, and then it just dies. It Idles fine though. We Also set the timing, and even did it by pulling the electrical line so the chip couldn't override the timing. That also didn't help.
I hope that someone out there knows how to help me. I'm at a loss, and I'm stuck at school, my car's stuck at home, all because it can't drive to get up here. Help me out guys.
Thanks
-Justin

Try using the stock chip and see what happens, it should work fine with the 350.

Still no luck. I think there is a possibility that a vaccuum line is not connected or something.. anyone else think that might be possible? If I can't get it to work I guess I'll have to get raped in the *** by my local chevrolet dealer.. Anyone got an idea how much it might cost to get them to look at it and fix it correctly??

Not an expert but...

Only you can diagnose this thing. You did the work and know what was swaped and changed. Before you go to someone else, double check everything that you changed durring the swap. Take a minute and go over your Throttle Body. Make sure everthing on it is as it should be. One thing, can you rev the car in park without it dying?
