well mine hasn't been completed yet but here's my basic costs (not all totally accurate on prices)
350 short block, brand new -1,395
Vortec heads - 600
Vortec intake - 400?
Cam kit - 180
Balancer - 68
Flexplate - 28
2 bolt to 4 bolt - 150
Oil pan - 30?
Complete gasket kit (Throttle body, plenum, runners, intake, heads, oil pan, valve covers, etc.) - Probably around 250 to 300
Headers - 130
Holley D.I.S. - No idea on price
Radiator - anywhere from 200 to 500
22lb Injectors - 50
3" y-pipe & exhaust system (no cat) - Not sure.
Other "must be done" mods:
Headliner (rotting out) - 150
Grand total- Oh, around 3,600 bucks. Of course, exhaust and Holley D.I.S. isn't included, and that gasket set could be less and could be more.

I am predivting my LS1 swap will cost:

400 Wiring Harness
500 Exhaust fabrication
800 Mount fabrication
500 A/C line fabrication
500 Misc
An expensive swap. However, those who have done it are running high 11's - low 12's on stock motors and getting around 20 MPG driving hard.
