Reuse old bolts?

Different people are telling that I can't reuse my old intake and exhaust manifold bolts. Is that true? Where can I find a complete new set? (Studs and all)

I used all my stock intake bolts on my LT1, but did opt for stage 8 header bolts from summit.

some times its just easier to reuse and othertimes buy new. anything important, buy new. anything really special, reuse.

if i'm building an engine i'll replace them, if im doing maintance i might go either way. most of the times it's easier to replace then to clean and chase threads. around here i can buy grade 8 bolts for 3 dollars a pound, so for a few dollars i can have cleam new bolts as opposed to spending a hour or more cleaning and chasing threads.
