LT1 motor mounts

People that have swapped out a LO3 for a LT1 what motor mount did you use on the passenger side? I did a search and cant find definitive answer on this. Has anyone actually used a 94 caprice mount? If so what else did you have to do? I am keeping the ac too.

The Impala motor mounts wont work. Best thing is definitely to use the corvette accessories brackets and mounts the AC on the drive side. If that's not an option for you, you'll have to make your own motor mounts using regular F-body ones and obviously notch the cross-member.

Getting the corvette brackets will probably be out of the question. So you used regular 3rd gen mounts and notched the cross member? Or did you heat it up and pound it out of the way?
