is the 461 a carbed motor (I'm guessing yes). In that case all you need is a driver's seat. Take out the whole dash if you like. Swap to manual stearing to save weight, aluminum guage cluster. No carpet or interior panels. A full cage and there you go.

Someone had to be the master of the obvious. So I stepped up.

Go to the passenger side fender where the harness comes into the engine bay from the inside with a pair of wire cutters. Seperate out the solid blue and solid green wires...

Cut everything else on that side.

Go to the driverside... Don't cut anything.

Computer wiring removed from the engine bay, drink beer and congradulate yourself.

LOL, I can handle that, but what are the blue and green ones for? and won't the computer be screwed up if I only keep these wires?

The blue and green wires are for the back up lights, thats all. Once you have removed all those wires the computer will not be hooked up to anything except the few connections it has under the dash. I did mine wire by wire felt stupid after I had spent 2 days tracing everyone just to remove everything. All the starting, charging, lights, guages, etc stuff comes in through the drivers fender. With my 86 the only things I lost by removing every wire from the passenger side was backup lights.
