Engine Lube Question

I built a engine a few years ago (over 5) and used Lithium Grease because I knew the engine would be sitting for a while. Well my concern is that the grease will clog the oil pump screen or do you think that the heat will melt the grease and I should not be concern. I have the engine on a stand and the oil pan is off (installing a Fel-Pro one piece gasket) Now that Im about to install the engine what options do I have available to me. I was thinking that I can use some Gunk and spray the rotating assembly. Please provide recommendation and feedback or any thing you think that would work in a engine that have been sitting a few years.

It will be fine. You shouldn't really have to anything special at all. The oil will dissolve the lithium grease. That's one of the advantages of using it, as opposed to moly; the moly might be a better lube, but all those metal particles don't dissolve, they form a sludge, and plug things; white lithium doesn't do that.
