Who knows, jet boats are funny animals. What works in a jet rarely works for a street driven car. Jets need tons of top end power and aren't normally required to idle well.
If I was you I'd crate that thing up and send it to me for my flat bottom ASAP.

You should check to see if it will even be compatable with a car. Because of prop rotation (even a jet boat has a prop) the engine may be design to run backwards.
As mentioned above, a jet boat engine will have no bottom end power. It's built for high rpm only.
Without knowing what parts are in the engine there's no way of guessing HP or rpm range.

Don't worry about impeller rotation, suck boats like you have all go one way and prop rotation is decided by which end of the engine the torque tube is hooked to along with if it goes through a V-drive or not.
In either event, leave it in the boat or rebuild it for the street, you won't like it in your car how it is.
