tp1 vs lt1

tp1 vs lt1
i was wondering what intake system i should use. ive been debating on whether to do a tpi setup or lt1 intake. id really just like to know the advantages of each, if possible. thanks guys

if you can easily get an LT1 intake, dont even waste your time with the TPI. Everyone knows that the TPI system cant adequately feed an engine past around 5000 rpm, and especially not a moderately modified one. If you are just going for a stock engine, TPI may be fine, but if you plan on doing really any mods at all, go with the LT1 intake. Only thing you will have to do is get it drilled for a regular distributor.

No the super ram is nice but costs alot more(1000 or more last I checked) you can buy an lt1 intake for 100 dollars can probably get it running on the car for less than 500. that is alot cheaper than a aftermarket tpi intake which will make alot less power.
