i have a 89 tbi 305 z28,i replaced the 305 with a 350.well the 350 is gear drive instead of timeing chain.I was later told that is a no-no with computer controlled camaro's. I also have the 305 knock sensor,iwas also told i need a 350 knock sensor and a new 350 esc module to replace the 305 one.......please help!!!! i don't know what is true

I also have the 305 knock sensor,iwas also told i need a 350 knock sensor and a new 350 esc module to replace the 305 one Yes, you do need a 350 knock sensor and and 350 chip. Find a cop car chip and you should be set or you can get a custom ship made, or even better start burning your own proms.
