LT1 Computer Location

I am trying to figure out the easiest place to put the computer. I see a few people talking about mounting past the firewall. Where are common locations with a stock wiring harness?

Axle/Gears: 3.27

Make a mounting plate and attach it on top of the strut mount. Easiest place I've seen. Or lengthen the harness and put it where it normally goes.....

Axle/Gears: 3.42 strengthed 7.5 inch

I'm not using the stock harness so not sure where that would go.. I am putting my puter tucked up under the drivers side cowl next to the brake booster.

I've got mine mounted on a plate on the top of the intake. no harness modifications needed

anyone have any pictures im also in the process of doingthis swap and i dont know if i have enough length on the power wire to go to the kick panel. Thanks
