Opinions PLEASE!!
Hi guys.... Me again...
Well, I have run into another little problem, I think... I am putting together a 350 on a small budget so I was going to take the heads from my '86 iroc TPI and put larger valves in and use them. Today, I go to pull the heads and they are 601 casting, not 416 casting. I want to know if they will work (well) and what your opinions are on them. Here are the rest of the specs on the motor...
350 .30 over
Dished pistons
Crane Cam 113901
204/216 @ .050
.427/.454 Lift
112 lobe seperation
Stock TPI setup
Possibly 1.6 roller rockers(good idea?)

No one has any thoughts on this?? Maybe I should just go with the S/R Torquer for a 305 (smaller cc's for the dished pistons)? I need help on this PLEASE!!
