5.7 L. VORTEC ENGINE B&M blower, hydraulic roller cam, ported and polished Vortec heads, 450 HP with Dyno sheets, engine hardly used. Great for street rods, boats, etc. Installation available. Can be started to test. Reduced to $4,500. Will consider interesting trades.

Well i want to know some of your guys oppinions.. is it worth the 4500??? i am really concidering getting this engine.. it is a privite sale.. and i have a pic of it here to i just don't know how to put it up..

a local speed shop here claims to have gotten 519hp on a NA 350.......guy said he'd build it for me for about $4500. just my $0.02

 

not worth that much, maybe half that, it dosnt even really look that nice just opinion though.....

 

maybe if it were brand new and came with a warranty, it would be worth 4500.. But I'd say that engine is only worth around 3500 at the most.

 

Is it 4500 Canadian? If so, might be worth looking into.

The supercharged motor would be more streetable though.

 

whoops. just looked at my previous post....forgot to mention that the shop managed it on 87 octane.....

the guy said if he'd built it any more powerful it'd have had to run premium
