Well, first of all...not to flame or anything, but a 403 is an Oldsmobile V8, not a Pontiac.
Second, it probably wouldnt even be economical, or beneficial to you. A stock Oldsmobile 403 runs around 185 hp, with 310-320 lbs. of torque.
You'd have to have a new transmission, because the bellhousing on your Chevy Tranny wouldnt match up. That'd run you a pretty penny, and we're not even talking exhaust, mounts, wiring, or anything like that.
ANd besides, the 403 is a weak block....
Why not just drop in a 350????? Use the money you were gonna spend on the 403 swap, and put it into a nice running 350...
Oh yea....im still new here...but, shouldnt this post be in the Engine swap forum???
Sorry for being a d*ck, thats just my opinion on the swap..

I gotta agree....
For the time, money, and effort you will spend putting a "free" 403 in your Camaro, you can go to the junkyard and buy a whole 350, and have a faster car for far less money and a tiny fraction of the effort, that will also handle better because it won't have the extra 250 pounds of cast iron on the nose; and it will be a whole lot easier to maintain as time goes by. That's one of those things that people tend to forget about in a motor swap; the "oh s*** the such and such broke, what do I do now to get something that fits?" factor.
Not a real good swap candidate.
If you're just dead set on doing it, then go ahead and do it and have fun; but if you're looking to evaluate options, that swap is pretty easy to eliminate.
And I'm not being a big Johnson, just a realist.

I just dropped a 455 Buick in my 88 model. OH YEAH!!!! It's not completely done swapping yet. I'm waiting on a transmission conversion kit from YearOne. It'll haul *** when its done. (It's built too!)

sounds like a cool idea. but ive heard that swapping a pontiac/oldsmobile engine into a camaro is a pain. like the others have said changing the whole drivetrain. i would definitely research and make sure you dont want to go with the 455 instead. it at least is a strong motor. just my $.02

lets go the other way
I'm going with a 355 010 in my cutlass, for one 403 weak web, and another I am finding out the problems of going from gm to gm is not the easiest thing in the world, I'm having all sorts of problems, for one the oldsmobile boards are thinking i'm stupid for doing this, so they are not much help, and my G-body and my f-body parts are not very compatible, well basically I can't find anywhere on the web that is responsive to this problem to hook me up. "Stand them on their heads they all look like sisters". not!

Well what you are doing is a bit easier (Chevy motor into an Olds) than putting a 403 in a third gen Camaro.
Have you looked at Monte Carlo's? Those are chevy's G-body and everything might bolt onto your Cutlass easily.
hope this helps
