I finished the power steering installation. The car idles fine at start up and seems to run great until I come to a stop after driving 10minutes. At a light it has a heavy vibration. The vibration is less evident at higher RPM. Don't notice anything when moving. Also in park or neutral which are slightly higher RPM. I removed a small sensor in the powersteering line. I know that sensor has something to do with pressure build up but not sure if that would really cause it to idle so roughly.

Looking for trouble shooting techniques. Process of elimination starting with the Tranny. Any ideas of how to isolate the problem from being the transmission. (4L60E) Also any thoughts on pressure build up in the power steering system?

well, whenever I did my engine swap I also removed the sensor from the powersteering line and haven't had any problems with it to date. I would think something in the transmission or a loose mount or something would more likely be the cause, but sorry I dont have any suggestions as to how to find it.
