Help quick!! will this work?

Car: 89 IROC
Engine: 350 Carbed
Transmission: WC T5
With the 350 you should have no problems "bolting it up". With the transistion you'll find that there will be added work that will need to be done.
She'll bolt to the tranny, accesories won't be a problem, heads are interchangable, etic. etc. <more or less>.
I say ya should buy it, and rebuid it. A 350 is a 350, there were minor differences in the 350's from 87 and up, that should not cause you any major issue's.
Im no expert on TBI, I would suggest a carb, but you'll get better answers from the TBI guys regarding this.

Yes, it will "bolt up".
But you'll need a new flywheel , as the 87 and later 1 piece RMS style you have now is not compatible with the pre 87 blocks ( like the 85 350 you're wanting ).
Intake manifold from your 91 won't bolt up without modifying the center bolt holes...even when done "right" they tend to seep oil over time. Just buy a intake for a pre 87 engine w/o centerbolt heads.
