ive look around alot for information but i cant find alot of specific stuff on this swap i know people must have done it b4
ok heres my situation i have a v6 3.1 firebird and i have a 350 turbo\350 carbed 375hp engine what will i have to do to get the everything working properly
i bought my friends 86 305 carbed camaro for parts i got the springs already out and the radiator installed in the firebird
already
what all do i need from the 305 camaro to get my firebird up and running im just thinking but i think i can take the engine harness off the 305 and hook it up to my firebird when i get the 350 in it
and if anyone has some tips for me that would be great

You probably don't want the radiator installed already, it makes it harder to put a motor in and increases the likelihood of damaging the radiator. Replace the springs first and when you have them out of your firebird replace the motor mounts with v8 ones. It's probably worth it to buy new ones since they are pretty cheap. You'll have to move the brake lines to the back of the crossmember and put the mounts on the set of holes that are farther forward on the crossmember. This allows you to drop the motor in. You shouldn't have to use the wiring harness from the camaro.
