305 to 350 swap

I have a 88 camero with a 305 and bad trans. I was going to just do trans but the 305 sucks. What would i need in order to swap the 350 i know they are almost identical blocks and i will be putting a 700R4 behind it. Will i need a different computer, or anthing like that. I dont have to worry about emmisons becaus i live in michigan.
