bb tunnel ram

installing a 427 bb into a 1987 iroc.has anyone ever tinkered with a tunnel ram in a third gen before?is there enough clearance for everything?thanx:hail:

Sure.... as long as you don't put a hood on it, or cut a giant hole for it to stick through.

yeah,i've got my hood sold,so i can get an old el cheapo to cut on.i am concerned with the area around the fire wall.thanx for the response

Shouldn't be much problem there; except if you want to run tall valve covers, then you may have to do without a wiper motor.
