What do I need to correct my speedo?

My speedo is off by about 20km/h (!notice km/h!). Well at 120 it is, my speedo showed 140 when I was pacing with my buddies grand am, he was going 120. The Grand Am is brand new so its right.

Im assuming that since the car had the T200(from the V6), I think thats right anyways, and I never switched the speedo cable or anything like that. The car has a T350 in it now form an 81 Berlinetta.

And input or advice would be great, Thanks.

Is the speedo constantly 20 km off? If it is, just take the gauge cluster apart and reset the needle on the speedo. If it's off by a different amount, you probably need a different speedometer gear to go in that TH350. Did you take the original speedo gear out of that 200 and put it in the 350?
