Anyone have the LT1 ECM Software?

I have a laptop(and OBDI cable connector) that I would want to tune in my LT1 ecm.

Unfortunately, LT1/LS1 edit binds itself the the PCM by serial number. I am not aware of any other packege that is portable.

Tunercat is portable, will program any obd1 LT1 PCM.
$89 for the software, not bad for what it can do.
