what would you do for an ls1?

there's a guy that has a complete ls1 for sale for $1000, harness and all.

I don't have that money(read:rather not spend it since i'm saving for paint). I can't decide if it'd be worth it to try to trade my one of a kind wheels for it.

plus: i'd have a ls1 for my 85 ta. they respond nicely to mods(mods are more expensive though), the car would be a sleeper

minus: i'd miss my wheels like hell.

thoughts?

You can alwas get another set of wheels. $1k is dirt cheap for a complete setup. Do not pass it up.

I say fvck the wheel, buy that sucker. if you buy it, check the oil, it will tell you alot about the condition of this engine and make sure it's complete.
