lt1 exhaust manifolds.

Has anyone used the stock 4 th gen exhaust manifolds? Will a 4th gen Y pipe fit into a 3rd gen. I know the exhaust was run pretty much the same. I live in Nj so I need to keep all the emission components and if I could use the 4th gen manifolds that would be easiest I think?

standard SBC headers with AIR tubes will fit though.

It would be just as much work to fit as a set of headers (not including Y-pipe), maybe more, and without any power gain, like the headers would give.

The stock 4th gen exhaust manifolds dump out in the wrong spot and will not fit at all like mentioned above.

thanks. I thought it would be worth a try.

I broke down and bought a set of headers with air and o2. All I have to do is hook up the egr which sounds easy enough.
