TBI to Carb

I want to put an older 350 carb operated motor into a 90's third gen camaro, replacing the stock 305. My ultimate goal is to eliminate the need for PCM and ECM control, and go as old school as possible. I want to eliminate smog and air controls as well. Has anybody attempted this, and how hard would it be?
