Got some more 383 HSR pics

I was trying for a little bit of originality with a couple things like the valve covers, I'd never seen these on a car before. Also notice the way I studded the center bolts for the valve covers. I actually did this to help myself mount my plug wire looms but also stumbled upon a pretty cool in my opinion in the process. Also, instead of using a chrome or painted FP block off plate, I just took an old one that I had and used a die grinder and a rubber gasket removal bit and took it down to the bare metal, clearcoated it and then use black allen head screws to fasten it. I think it looks pretty cool.

Probably won't fire it for another week or so. You know what the motor is right Bob? It's got the LT1 flywheel that I bought from you on it.

Nevermind. I guess I've never seen one without the fuel rails.

Yeah! Now all you need is some injectors and that thing might run!

Yeah, definately need some fuel delivery to run properly. I wasn't planning on putting the injectors in till the last minute.

I was thinking the same thing. It looks like a ramjet 350 intake but it has the TPIS logo etched into the side. The miniram sits ever lower than that.

Well after further review it is a miniram. It does not have valve covers on nor does it have the fuel rails attached. That is why it looks like it is standing up so high. Add the two and you have a sleek intake set-up.
