engine swap place?

Im looking for a place that can do an engine swap for me. Maybe eventually I may want to put a better engine in it. Is there a place that can provide an engine and swap it in at a reasonable price? Maybe 2000.00 for the engine & swap. 350 nothing amazing. Oh I almost forgot...I live in Northern tip of RI. right next to MA.

i dunno man.....if you have a driveway, some tools, and if you can get some food and drinks, ya may just wanna ask a few people from either here or a local car club or something to help ya out.....
if its just a real simple 350 crate engine or anything thats really just simple, not like an LS1 or a Ferrari V12 or something lol, i'm sure that you could start like....10AM on a saturday and be pretty much done by that evening.......Just see if you can get some people together and make a party out of it.....you'll most likely only have to buy some food, drinks, and maybe some little 'thank you' gifts if ya wanted to, and i'm sure that some people would be more than happy to help ya out :-)

I know someone who could put an engine in for me but the problem would be how to get the engine to the house. I would think it would seem to be a pain in the ***.

to whos house?
yours? hmm.....well if your buying it like online, they will probably only ship to like a business. See if you or any of your friends can find a business that will let them drop it off there, then just find yourself (or rent) a nice big pickup truck, rent a cherry picker from a rental place, and get to work!

To transport the 3.4 & 3800 motors I got, I have a hitch haul put on the backof the Blazer & strap it down. Yeah I got shytty milage, but it did the trick. First time, the dude had a bobcat & lowered the 3.4 on it. For the 3800, we hooked up the engoine stand to it, tipped it up , rolled over to the hitchahul & tipped it onit it. Did the reverse to get it off the hitch haul when I got home.

3.4 on back

3800 on back
