Help me choose one of these bad boys

I found a place that could send me a complete 1995 impala ss lt1 engine, tranny, accesories, computer and wiring harness for 1200 bucks.

or

Chevy 350 small block, double hump heads, aluminum intake, new holley 600 carb. new MSD Ignition, Edelbrock valve covers and air cleaner, aprox 5k run time for 800 bucks. I would still need trany

or

1991 Chevy caprice (whole car) with a 305 plus a 350 tpi from a cop car all for 750. The guy said I could use all the parts from the caprice and hook em to the 350

Im planning on putting the engine on a V6 91 bird before next summer, right now its too cold.

LT1 is going to be the best engine in the end. You'll have some engine mount issues.

The 350 crate will be okay, but won't just "bolt in". You'll need more than just the tranny.

You're going to need parts that the Caprice doesn't have to swap out a V6. A factory V8 3rd gen donor with the 350 engine would be a better idea.

$1200 for a working LT1 motor (even though its iron headed), transmission, and all accessories and wiring? Sounds like a scam

I am normally a fan of gen 1 sbc swaps, but not with stock heads. I would say the LT1 is the best bet.
