flyweel on a 305

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: not sure yet
flyweel on a 305
i have a 305 and it was out of an 89 impala it was of cores an auto but now im putting it in my car wich is i want to keep a manual but there is a lip on the end of the crank shaft that wont let me put the flywell on.
the flexplate used to rest on it but with flywels thay dont rest on that and i dont know how to get it off or if it even comes off am i out of luck and stuck with going to find a new motor or can this be saved.
to get mor detaled the flywell center hole is 1 and some odd inches acrost the lip tha the flex-plate was resting on is 2 and a haf inches acrost
any help is apreasheated

my car is a 92 but that doset have anny thing to do with this motor because it's not from my car i found the engine block number maby this can help 14010203

The engine is an 80-85 two-piece rear main seal; the flywheel from the 92 is for a one-piece RMS engine.
You'll need to aquire a flywheel for an 82-85 305 F-body.

i have older flexplate if you need one, there were no manual tranies in impalas and such so its technically called flexplate and not flywheel
