Car: 89 Camaro Converible

Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: T5

89 to 85 engine swap

I have a wrecked 89 RS and am thinking of buying a 85 donor body. I want to know how difficult it would be to put a 305 with TPI from an 89 to an 85. Also how much computer/electronic work it would be including the vats system. Thanks

guess it depends on your ability and resources as far as how hard or how easy it is. you'd need the ecm and harness to match the donner engine.
