305 to 350 w/mods question

Ok, here's the setup Im really considering for now as its real cheap for me lol. I have a stock 91 305 tbi RS right now. My friend has a 350 with about 60,000 miles on it. Also has an almost brand new set of heads from a 305. Going to put in a Crane powermax cam prolly the powermax 2030. Thats about a 1500-4500 range. Switch the 305 heads onto the 350. Do a new timing chain while its out. My friend will also do port and polish on the heads. Adds 20+ HP he's done it a million times. Im hoping to keep it computer controlled and switch to a holley 670 tbi or 454 tbi, but I heard the 454 might be a pain? What size injectors should I use for either of those? Would I have to do any special modding? Would I need a new fuel pump? Also, I just need a new computer chip not a computer I believe, where can I get a custom chip for a decent price with my mods? I need a 350 knock sensor to I believe, is there anything else Im not thinking of? I am also gonna get some headers while Im at it and get rid of the crappy manifolds. My friends gonna give me motor and heads for 200, then I just need to buy cam, headers, and my tbi and injectors. Think I can do it all for 5-600 bucks and have a decent motor. *my 305 is burnin oil like crazy and I want more power* Hoping for some opinions/info/ideas on this setup. Hoping to get at least close to 300hp, think I can manage it? Any info appreciated, thanks.
