I just checked their web site. Nice pictures. The site doesn't say what parts are used in the rebuild, and I didn't bother to call. When I buy a replacement engine I'm probably going to get a factory crate motor. That way I know what I'm getting. Just a matter of preference.

I asked for a free tape for their chevy engines and they sent it to me in three days. The tape was really cool. They detailed every part in the engine. You should at least ask for the free video.

I couldn't buy an engine from them after these quotes...

If your vehicle is equipped with factory fuel injection stay with it. We offer several upgrades to make it perform better. We currently do not recommend after market fuel injection systems. They are over complicated, over rated, over priced and prone to failure.



NASCAR and NHRA still run carbs. Our experience and a number of independent racers will tell you that their is no real gain in power. The injection system is usually better on emissions and thats why big government secretly pushes it. When an electronic system goes down your stuck. New carbs are very reliable.



Should I use a carb with mechanical or vacuum secondaries?

We recommend vacuum secondaries for engines that are used on the street. When you put on those big double pumpers and you sit at a light and put it to the floor more often than not, your engine is going to cough, choke out, spit and take off sluggishly until you reach 3000 RPM.
