is the deck height on a 350 block in my vehicle 9.025?????

Yes, more or less.

I'd describe it as 9.025", -0 +.025", with the peak probability being at around .035".

Mine was .025 which is what alot of deck heights are factory because they use a .015 steel shim head gasket which makes a perfect .040 quench!
