Best way to plug ac hoses on LT-1

So I removed the AC and am installing the ac delete pully...what is the best way to block off the hoses to the radiator and the firewall connection. Should I remove the hose assembly or just leave it connectd and block off where the hoses gmeet at the pump...any deas or experience?
